He keeps on begging me to give him another chance, I told him that he should go back that I will think about it but he refused and said he will not go back unless he goes back with me and the kids.

I don't know what to do again.

It has been a month now that Nick refused to go back, he is the one taking care of the kids while I go to work, he told the lady that help me to care of the kids not to come again.

Whenever he wakes up before me, he will prepare breakfast for all of us and he will tell me to prepare Mia for School, after we finish eating breakfast, I will take Mia with me and drop her at school, Nick will stay with Max at home. When it is time to pick Mia from school he will go and pick her up and stay with both of them till I come back from work.

Mia told me about what they do before I come back from work, she said that when she comes back from school, Nick will feed her and help her with her homework. After that, they will go and play in the nearest park and he will take to buy ice cream and sometimes she said he will take them shopping and buy a lot of things for them sometimes clothes or toys.

"Nick, you can't keep staying here, how about your work?" I said to him after we finish eating dinner.

"I already told you that I am not going back except we all go together? He said

"Nick, I have forgiven you but it is not easy for me to go back with you, please give me some space to think about it. What I go through with my ex is still fresh in my mind and you also hurt me so much while I am pregnant with Max. When you start being nice to me and you ask for my forgiveness, I have forgiven you because of the care you show me and my daughter but when I heard what you told your parent, it makes me hurt and I have made up my mind that I don't need any man in my life again, my kids are enough for me. Please give me some time to think about everything and I promise you that I will be in contact with you and you can talk to the kids whenever you want" I said to him

"I am really sorry for all what I have done for you, but I want you to have it in mind that what you heard from me when I talking to my parent is not what I mean, I know my parent very well, they can do and undo, I don't want them to hurt you and the kids that is why I say what I said the last time. Please forgive me" I can see the sincerity in this face but I can't just go back with him like that.

"Ok no problem, but you have to go back and give me some time to think about everything" He moves closer to me and hold my hand.

"I will do as you said, I will go back and give you some space as you said, I hope you give me a positive reply," He said and kiss the back of my hands "Bella, I want us to live together as one family, please give me another chance to prove myself to you" He hugs me and went to the kid's room to say his goodbye to them.

The next day when Mia wakes up, she asks about Nick and I told her that he has gone back but she cries and said we should go back with him but I told him not now.

NICK P.O.V.

I decide to do what she said that I should give her some time to think about it, I am back home for two months but it has not been easy for me being alone at home, without not seeing Mia greet me when I come back from work, I miss the smell Bella's baking and her smile.

She keeps her promise and I talk to her every day and she also allowed me to talk to the kids and sometimes we talk on a video call.

"Hey buddy," Nate said taking his seat in front of my desk

"Hey," I said to him

"Are you sad because Bella did not follow you back?" He asked me

"No," I said to him

"Then what is the problem? Since the time you came back, you never go the club with us again, all that you do is stay in your office from morning till night even Mrs. Davis called me and said you hardly come home which means you sleep in your office or maybe you are busy with some girls that warm your bed at night"

"Not like that, since the time Bella left my place, I have never had sex with any woman again. Nate, I love her" I can't believe that I have never had sex with any woman since Bella left me.

"Then what happened to you?" he asked

"I am scared if she rejects me and said she can't be with me," I said worriedly

"If you really love her as you said, don't give up on her, treat her like a somebody not like a nobody you said she was before, show her love but not by buying an expensive gift for her you know the type of girl she is" He said

"I have tried all that I know but still yet she said I should give her more time, I even buy a gift for her but she rejected it. I don't know what to do again I don't how my life will be if she rejected me" I said

"Let's do it this way, you should be going to Florida and be checking on them maybe every weekend or whenever you are less busy don't ask her about her reply, you can just say that you come to check on them. Start from the beginning with her as a boyfriend and girlfriend, treat her with love and care, that is what women want, take her on a date, compliment her whenever you see her, don't let her feel less about herself, all the negative words you said to her you can turn it back to positive words and compliment to her. If you do that I am sure she will give you a second chance." Nate advise me and I think it is useful

"Ok, I will as you said"

"But if you hurt her again I promise you that I will destroy you and I will hide her away from you that you will never see her again not to talk of asking for her forgiveness" I can never hurt her again

"I promise you, I will never hurt her again," I said to Nate.

We talk about business and other things before he takes his leave. I decide to book a ticket to Florida this weekend to visit Bella and act fast before it is too late.
