Nick P.O.V

When I wake up and discovered that I am sleeping on the floor in the living room naked, I saw Bella also sitting down on the floor with a torn cloth, all that happened yesterday to come back to my mind. I quickly wear my pant and move closer to her to she moves backward and tell me to open the door for her, I told her that am sorry but she said "please let me go" I take out the key from my sock that I am wearing and open the door for her, I offer to drive her home because of her torn cloth not to go out like this but she refused and went out. I don't like her or want any relationship with her like the playboy people called me, I just want to fuck her and let go not the intention to rape her. 'You should be happy now that you have fucked her, intentionally or unintentionally' my subconscious said.

I clear pick up all my clothes in the living room and went to take shower, after taking a shower I went to the kitchen to find something to eat, then I heard the doorbell, who could that be because I am not expecting anybody if it Mrs. Davis she has her own spare key.

"What happen to you yesterday?" Nate and his wife enter and sit on the couch in the living room.

"As in I don't understand" I don't know what to say maybe Bella did not say anything to them.

"Yesterday during the party Bella send me some text messages and gave me some missed calls but I saw them this morning, she said that you are drunk and passed out on the street inside your car and another text messages said she will take you home that she can't leave you on the street but I am calling her since then and she did not pick our calls or reply to our text messages," Nate said

"Yes, it is true but I ……..s-she brought me home but I don't ……I mean I am sorry, I don't mean ……….."Nate punches me before I said anything and grab me on my collar.

"What did you do to her?" with another punch on my jaw, I know I deserve it.

"Nate, please stop let him talk" Natalie hold her husband

"What did he have to say?" Nate said angrily, why is he angry like this as if Bella is his sister

"Just leave him first, let him talk" Nate leave me and stand in front of me and give me a face that said 'you better talk now'

"I am indeed drunk and Bella brought me home last night, I don't have any intention to hurt her, I am drunk and I don't know what I am doing, I am sorry, I ……… I ……….raped her yesterday night" After that statement another punch landed on my face by Nate

"I have the feeling that this is what you will do, you this jerk I told you to leave this girl alone when you chased her endlessly and she did not answer you or give you any chance" He rubs his hand through his hair so many times and sit down on the couch

"Nick, tell me it is not true," Natalie said moving closer to me

"I am sorry" She also slaps me "Why Nick? You have a lot of girls to fuck every day and night, since the time you ask me for her phone number I told you that she is not the type of the bitches you fuck and I told you to back off, can't you control your fucking dick whenever you see a girl?" She said angrily and I just stand there without saying anything.

"I am sorry," I said but none of them answer me

Both of them left my place without saying anything further, I want to know how she is doing but I don't have her number or know her place.

One week later

Annie P.O.V

"Please Bella you can't just stay inside and isolate yourself like this, the deed has already been done, please go out and take fresh air, go to work, please pick up Natalie and your boss call, please think about your daughter Mia, did you want her to be asking you that what happen to you" Looking at Bella's face

Since one week after she came back from her boss friend's house, she has been having a bad dream, sometime I will hear her shouting 'please let me go, please let me go' she has not stepped out of the house, the only time she steps out of the house is when she dropped her daughter to school and sometimes I drop her and pick her up she did not receive any calls or reply any messages, I don't know what I will do again. when Natalie calls her today I pick it up and tell her to come maybe she will know what to say to her.

I am going back next week and I don't want to leave her like this, I went to the kitchen to prepare food for her after that I will go and pick Mia from school.

"Hi, please come inside" I open the door for Natalie and her husband

"Hi I am Natalie and meet my husband Nate and Bella's boss," She said

"I am Annie, Bella's friend" I allow them inside and I offer them something to drink

When we sit in the living room, I explain everything to them that she did not go out sometime she takes her daughter to school and come back again. They talk to her and she promises to change, her boss said that if she wants to report Nick to the police that he is ready to stand by her but she said no, he also told her to come back to work and forget about what has happened.

"Bella please I know it is not easy to forget about what happened but please try to move and think about your daughter," Nate said

Natalie also talks to her, she told her to see them as her friend and see her husband as her brother.

Bella P.O.V

My boss and his wife Natalie come to my house and talk to me a lot, they said if I want to report to the police they are ready to stand by me, I know they will stand by me but no matter what Nick and my boss are popular and whatever they do is on media and my name will be attached to Nick, I will now be the talk of the town as a rape victim, I don't want that. I have agreed to come back to work, I just wish I did not meet him.

After that, we talk about another thing and my boss said that she orders me as her brother, not a boss to stand up now and make Nigerian snack for him and I make it for them, I really appreciate them standing by me, we are not family or anything, he just my boss and Natalie is my boss wife but they wish to stand by me, not all boss do like that for their employee. I really appreciate them. When it is time for them to leave I pack some snacks that I make for them to take home and I promise my boss that I will start work on Monday.

Annie went to pick Mia from school and we have dinner, I put her to bed and went to take a shower while taking shower I still remember that horrible night. I have to stay strong because of Mia.
