NICK P.O.V

Since the time Bella told me she is pregnant since then, I can't concentrate on any work again, this is the biggest mistake of my life, I have never had sex with any girl without a condom so if they come back and tell me a story that they are pregnant I know they are just joking, they just want my money and I will give it to them. Bella is the first girl I ever had sex with without a condom.

When I am talking to her, I feel that my heart wants to say another thing but my mouth is talking rubbish. When I saw her taking the money I gave her and tears in her eyes, I feel like my heart is hurting but I can't figure out why. I can't marry her, she is not worthy to be my wife, she is a single mother and she said she has health issues. If I am ready to settle down and get married, I want an elegant, beautiful, healthy woman, not my friend's secretary.

I decided to go home and sleep because I can't concentrate on my work again, I call my assistant and told him to postpone all the appointments and meetings I have for today to tomorrow.

When I get home, Mrs. Davis is still around and I told her to serve me food that is hungry, while am eating Bella face flash in my face and I stop eating and shake my head and resume eating but while am eating I feel bad, my heart is restless I don't know.

Soon Mrs. Davis says goodbye and left, I sit down in the living room and play games, soon I heard the doorbells and I open it is Nate. After the last time that he punch me because of Bella, we get in touch but not like before, so I decided to visit him and Natalie at home and said sorry but he told me that he doesn't want me to see or talk to Bella again.

"Hello buddy," I said but I feel scared because of the look on his face

"Hi" Is the only word he said

"Natalie called me and said Bella come to your office today, what happens?" I think he knows what happened, he just wants to provoke me

"Yes, it is true, she came to my office and she said she is pregnant, I told her she should abort it that she is also among those bitches who use a baby as an excuse to extort money from me," I said to him and not hide anything.

"Is that all?" He said but I know he is controlling his anger.

"I told her to go and abort the baby because I am not ready to be a father, she said the doctor said it is complicated that she can't abort if she tries to do it is either she loses her life or have womb damaged. She said she just needs me to help her financially for the baby only nothing else but I gave her money to go and abort it that I don't want the baby" I said

"She told you that she can abort the baby because it is complicated yet you still gave her money to go and abort it, did she collect the money?" He asked me

"Yes, she takes it," I said

"Nick, why are you running after her before, trying to get her number from me? Don't you like her?

"No, I don't" As soon as I said the statement my heart beats "How will I like her, she is a single mother and she is not up to my standard," As soon as I said that, he pulls me with my collar and connect his fist with my jaw.

"She is not up to your standard but your dick is up to her pussy standard and you said she is a single mother. Let's assume that she did not have any child before and now she is pregnant with your child but you deny the child you know when she gives birth she is a single mother because of a scumbag and jerk like you, in her life now story is repeating itself, she is a single mother to you now because of a jerk like you that left her with a child now you are also repeating the same thing" I am short of words, I don't know what to say.

"What if a man does like this to your sister or your daughter, what will you do?" He said

"Don't ever mention my sister" I said angrily

"Don't you think she is also someone else sister and daughter?"

"I am sorry," I said

"I am not the one that you supposed to say that to, it ……….." He was cut off by his phone ringing

'Natalie what happens, why are you crying' Nate said, immediately he stands up from his seat 'What!!!!!! I am coming' he said again

"What happens to Natalie?" I asked him

"It is not Natalie, it is Bella, she said her friend call her from Texas that she thinks Bella will try something stupid because of the statement Bella told her on the phone, so she called Natalie to go and check Bella," He said quickly and went out and I follow him

ANNIE P.O.V.

As soon as Bella hangs up on me, I don't know what to do, now I am at the airport want to check-in to go to her but it might be too late because of how she is talking, immediately I remember Natalie her boss's wife.

"Hi Natalie, I am sorry to disturb you at this moment, please help me to check on Bella"

"Wait, Annie, I did not hear what you are saying, please talk slowly," she said and I realized that am talking very fast

"Please help me to check on Bella, I am also on my way to California right now, she called me that Nick did not want the baby but that is not the problem, the problem here now is when Bella called me she told me that I should help her to take care of Mia if something happens to her," I said

"Ok, I will go and check her now, don't worry I will call Nate now," She said and hang up.

Please, Bella, hold on and don't do anything stupid. I don't think I will ever get married with all that is happening. Thank God, I don't have a boyfriend my ex-boyfriend break up with me because I catch him cheating and he also collecting from money using it to take care of his girlfriend.

NATALIE P.O.V

I am inside my home feeding my baby when my phone rings and it is an unknown number I pick it up and I hear Annie's voice and I can't understand what she is saying, then she spoke again and she tells me sorry for disturbing me that is she needs my help to go and check Bella, she said Bella called her and she explains what Nick said and she also said if anything happens to her I should help her to take care of Mia.

As soon as she said that I hand over my baby to our maid and get my car key, I am trying to call Bella but she did not pick her phone, I hope she is fine. While I am driving to her house I call the ambulance and tell them Bella's address I just wish she is fine.

When I get there I knock on her door but nobody answers me, I call her phone she did not pick up and I am hearing her phone ringing, later the ambulance come and they help me to break her door, by the time we get inside she has already passed out, the bottle of the medicine she takes is on the floor but empty, they take the bottle to know the medicine she takes, the paramedics check her pulse and they said there is but it is weak, they quickly attend to her I told them that she is pregnant so they can know what to do. I went inside to carry her daughter and I called my husband to meet us in the hospital.

After we get to the hospital they attend to her and Nate met us there but to my surprise, Nick is also with him, later they transferred her to the patient ward but Nick said they should take her to the private ward that he will foot the bills. She is still sleeping and the doctor said that we should leave her that she needs rest, she will wake up very soon. After some hours of waiting, Annie called me and I gave her the hospital address. When she came, she looks at her friend and cry. She said she will stay with her and I take Mia with me and went home.
