Falling For You — Chapter 26

Lydia's POV

I am sitting with Alessa and Julia in Alessa's room right now. We were scrolling through our phones because we had nothing better to do.

Julia was the first one to break the silence.

"It's your fucking birthday Alessa! We cant just sit around and get bored!" She exclaimed and I looked up at her.

"I know. Why don't we go and shop around? Then maybe we can get a pedicure and relax." She suggested and I nodded, excited. "Yes!" I said and got up from my seat and headed to my bedroom in Alessa's house.

I went to the bathroom, took a quick shower and did my business. After all of that, I went back in my room.

I decided to change in a black strapless blouse and wear a purple shirt over it, tying it's ends. I then wore my denim shorts and put on my black wedges.

I tied my hair into a messy bun, put on some line and put on my glares. I put on some pink gloss, took my purse and I was ready to go.

I met Alessa and Julia in the living room and we together headed inside my Mini Cooper. We headed to the mall nearby while singing our favourite songs into the top of our lungs.

"I thing I will go deaf if we keep on screaming like this." I said, turning down the radio. "Aye! Turn the volume up." Julia said and I rolled my eyes at her, turning the volume up again.

As soon as we reached the mall, I sighed in relief and parked my car. We got out of the car together and decided to head to Forever 21 first.

A thousand outfits later, we chose some outfits that we do need instead of buying too many outfits that we wont even wear.

"I don't think that we have something to shop. We have almost everything." Alessa stated and me and Julia agreed.

"We can have a spa instead and then go for menicure and pedicure." Julia suggested. "Yeah. We should do that." Alessa said and we went to the top floor of the mall which had our favourite spa.

After the spa was done, we had a manicure and pedicure and then decided to head back to home. As I pulled into the driveway, I saw Blake's car ahead of us.

Where did he go?

He parked the car before us and headed inside. I parked my car behind his car and then we three lazily dragged out asses in the house.

We went inside to see Blake standing with gifts and a bag in his hands, looking nervous. As soon as we entered, he rushed to Alessa.

"Look what i bought you....Open it and tell me if you like it or now." He said as he handed her the gifts. Her face lit up as she saw the roses and chocolates.

He then handed her the bag in his hands. He looked so nervous right now that it was literally comical.

"What is this?" Alessa asked Blake. "Open it." He said and shifted his weight from one feat to another in nervousness.

Alessa opened the box and took out the dress. Her eyes widened as she stared at it. Tears welled up in her eyes.

The dress was indeed very very beautiful. I was so proud at Blake's choices. My heart warmed at the amount of love the twins shared.

"Its okay if you dont like it...we can exchange it-" Blake started, nervous but Alessa cut him off with a bear hug. "I love it you idiot. Thank you so much." She said as she cried.

Blake wrapped his arms around her and rubbed her back as she cried. They both had smiles on their faces and same was with me and Julia.

Blake then looked up at me, his smile never leaving his face. He pulled back, gave Alessa a kiss on her forehead and then made his way towards me.

"Hey princess." He greeted me and my heart warmed at his nickname. He pecked my lips lovingly. "Hey." I said while smiling brightly at him and looking into his eyes.

"I am just gonna go." Alessa muttered from behind us and Julia agreed. They both sauntered away.

I bit my lip as I looked away from Blake. "Are you hungry?" He asked me. "I am always hungry." I joked. He grinned at me, "let's go."

We went inside the kitchen. "So, what do you want to have?" Blake asked me as I sat down on the island chair. "Something made of chicken..." I said as I licked my lips while thinking about some chicken pasta.

"How about chicken pasta?" Blake asked me as if reading my mind. My eyes widened in shock. "I was literally thinking about that." I said and he grinned at me.

He started working on the pasta, looking hotter than ever as he chopped the vegetables and the chicken.

I bit my lip as I focused on his face. He looked adorable while he focused on the task in hand. "Do you want to help?" Blake asked me, snapping me out of my daze.

He looked up and caught me staring. He smirked. "I know you love me and stuff but it would be better if you help me instead of just staring."

My heart beat fastened.

I know what I feel about him.

I do love him.

I am in love with him.

"I do love you but i don't want to help." I said and bit my lip when i saw Blake freeze and look up at me. "Say it again." Blake said and my heart skipped a beat when a smile made its way on his face.

"I love you." I said, getting up and making my towards him. I gave him a peck on his lip as he wiped his hands and circled them around my waist.

"Again." He ordered.

"I love you." I said in between pecks. I was literally melting looking into his brown eyes which we lit up with happiness.

"Again." He ordered again.

I leaned near kiss ear, kissed his neck for a moment then whispered in my best sensual voice.

"I want the pasta....now."
