Falling For You — Chapter 20

Lydia's POV

I woke up in the morning and felt someone behind me. I wasnt really surprised to see Blake. We didnt get to meet for 2 days because he had some work and when he came last night, we both cuddled and fell asleep.

I slipped out of the bed, managing to not wake him from his sleep. I went to the washroom, had a nice shower and wore my clothes in the bathroom itself.

I came outside to find Blake still asleep. I chuckled. He loves sleeping way more than i do. I headed to the dining area to find Julia having breakfast with Nate.

I greeted both of them and sat on my usual seat. We had bacons and eggs for the breakfast and then went to sit in the living room's couch.

We spoke for an hour or so and then i headed back to my room. I saw Blake was still on the bed, checking his phone.

"Good morning." I said and jumped on him. He released an 'oomph' kind of sound. "Good morning. That wasnt really needed." He said and flipped us over.

He kissed my cheek twice before he started kissing my neck making me feel mushy all over.

He stopped sometime later making me groan. He chuckled and i opened my eyes to see him looking at me already. We stared st eachother for barely 2 seconds before he stood up and went to the bathroom.

I sighed and laid on the bed for a while before deciding to go downstairs. I noticed that Alessa and River had joined Nate and Julia.

I greeted both of them. We were bored would be an understatement. "We should watch a movie." Alessa suggested after lot of 'i am bored's and 'ugh's.

"How many movies could we watch. I am so done of movies." Julia said. "Same. I get so bored in between the movies that i literally stop watching them." I said.

That is one of my major problems. I get bored really easily when i have nothing to do. Like right now, i am bored right now. Really really bored. School seems so much better right now.

We sat in silence for a while until i randomly spoke up. "I want to learn how to shoot." I said and everyone looked at me like i was dumb.

"You are not legal." Blake stated as he came in the living room. "You are not too." I said. "I never said that i wanted to learn shooting." He said and smirked. He knew i was getting irritated.

"I hate you." I said as he came and sat next to me. He leaned in. "I know you like me. I like you too." He whispered in my ears and the kissed the back of my ear.

I sucked in a deep breath and looked at him with wide eyes. He smirked at me and then looked ahead.

He must be joking.

He has to be joking.

I was going to stand up and run away but he wrapped his arms around my waist.

Blake.

Parker.

Likes.

Me.

OH MY GOD!

I felt my heart beat go fast when he placed his hand beneath my t-shirt and started drawing circles. I took a deep breath, relaxed and placed my head on his shoulder.

I feel so happy right now. "So what are we doing now?" I asked all of them. "I have an idea. You boys should come with us while we shop. I really need to renew my closet." Alessa said.

"You just bought about 10 new clothes last week. You need to control your expenditure. Learn how to utilise money in a systematic manner. Dad works hard for it." Blake said and gave Alessa a hard look.

She shrinked back in her seat and looked at her lap. "He is right Alessa." River said and kissed her forehead.

"I need to buy clothes for myself anyways. I havent gone for shopping since ages. You both could help me with it and we need to buy gowns for the charity even that we have to attend soon." I said.

That lead me, Julia and Alessa to he shopping mall. I was in Forever 21 right now, trying on various outfits and choosing the ones i like.

Soon, we went to a well known boutique which is owned by my mom's one of the collegue. I entered the shop and saw various beatiful gowns on racks and rows.

Blake had joined us here along with other boys. Soon, i met the co-owner of the shop who was about 20 or something. She greeted me polietly and offered Blake a smile and looked at him longer than needed.

I ignored the women and went to one of the people working in the boutique.

"We need designer gowns for an upcoming event." I said and the women who was in her fifties smiled at me. "Alright, first we will take your measurements and then we can discuss the designs." She said and led the three of us to another person working in the boutique.

The women took our measurements. Blake and the boys were sitting on the couch of the boutique. I went outside to see the women talking to Blake.

She was rather close to him than i would've liked. I felt a pang of jealously course through me. I bit my lip and looked at the gowns next to me when Blake looked at me.

The gowns were actually beautiful. I saw a gown which was of sky blue colour. It looked really pretty. I turned when i heard footsteps behind me.

Blake came to me and hugged me from behind. "Who is she?" I asked him. "The co-owner of this place? I dont really know." He said and i turned towards him.

"Then why were you speaking with her? Didnt you see how she was looking at you?" I asked him. "You seemed to be having a good time anyways. Why did you even come here?" I asked him.

"You are jealous." He stated and tightened his hold on me. "No i am not." I said and tried to push him away.

He then called the co-owner of the place. "Yes sir?" She asked him flirtatiously and i felt like punching her.

Blake cupped my cheek and made me look towards him and then placed his lips on mine.
