Falling For You — Chapter 25

(The day of Blake's birthday)

Blake's POV

It was almost 2 in the afternoonright now. I went to the gym room and started working out. As i started working out, my mind drifted to my princess.

She is just perfect. She is the girl i have ever wanted in my life. She is better than her. A lot better. And i love Lydia. So much...

I sghed.

I am whipped bro.

I heard the gym room's door open as i reavhed my 50th push-up. "Happy birthday bro!" I heard Nate as i stood up. I turned to him and gave him a smile.

"Thanks man!" I said as we did our signature handshake. The door opened again and River came inside. "Sup man?" He greeted as we did our manly hug.

"Just excercise...." I said as i went over to lift weights. "So, what are we doing for your birthday. Any place you want to go to?" I heard him ask.

"No, bro. I will spend the day with my girl." I said as i started lifting. "Whipped." Nate teased. "Wait for Julia's birhday. You would understand then." River said.

"Whatever. I am so excited for the twins's birthday though." He said and i nodded too as i kept the weights and started other excercises.

"We should give them a surprise or something." River said. "Yeah. I was thinking about gathering the high school and throwing a huge party. Although i dont think Julia would like it much." I said and they both agreed.

"Jules is shy type. She wont like the party much. How about we go to a triple date? We could rent a yacht and take the girls there for the weekend." River suggested.

"Yeah. Thats a good idea. What do you say Blake?" Nathan asked. "They would like that very much. Good idea bro." I told River and he nodded.

We then fell into a comfortable silence and did our workout.

I went to my room and took a long relaxing shower. The 2 hour work out tired me a lot. I got out of the room and went into my closet to wear my clothes.

I sighed as i laid on my bed.

I missed my princess. She was with Alessa right now. They decided that it would be nice to go to shopping to have some girly time for Alessa's birthday.

Talking about mine and Alessa's birthday, i realised that i still havent bought her a gift which means that i have to get my ass up from the bed and get her something.

I love my twin. She is everything to me. She has stuck with me even at my hardest times. I really appreciate her. I need to get her something nice.

I sighed as i hauled my ass up and grabbed my car keys. Nathan and River had left to go to their own houses but they would be joining me in the evening again.

Our parents are good friends, thats why we knew eachother. River used to be our neighbour here until they moved out. My parents met Nate's parents during a parent teacher meeting.

Nate used to be very shy back then and a few people used to pick on him. One day, me and River defended him and then we became inseparable.

I sighed and smiled as i remembered our good times and headed towards my Porche.

I slid in and made my way to a boutique. As i reached there, i parked my car in the parking lot. This boutique is owned by a french lady whose name i forgot.

As soon as i entered, i was greeted by an old lady named Anna. "How may i help you, sir?" She asked me with a polite smile.

"I was looking for a dress for my sister's birthday. Can you show me some good ones?" I asked her. She nodded and told me to follow her.

I reached to the rack of dresses. All of them looked good, i guess. I dont really understand girls. I want to pick out something that i would like for her.

I went through some dresses until i settled on a light pink one. It was covered with real pearls at the waistline and it had diamonds at the upper half. The lower half was frilly.

I liked the dress.

"I like this one. Can you give it for the size 28?" I asked her and she nodded. She packed the dress up. "How much would it be?" I asked her.

"It would be $358." She said. I nodded and gave her my matte black card. Her eyes widened as she saw it but covered it up quickly.

After the payment was done i toom my card and headed back to my car. I thought about buying some punk roses because why not?

I bought the roses and then i bought a box of Ferrero Rocher, the only chocolate she loves more than River. I kept the things in my car and finally headed home.

As i was pulling in the drive way, i saw Lydia's Mini Cooper behind me. I quickly parked my car and headed inside the house with the gifts.

I stood in the living room as i waited for them to come inside. As soon as the girls entered, i ran to Alessa with her gifts.

"Look what i bought you....Open it and tell me if you like it or now." I said as i handed her the gifts. Her face lit up as she saw the roses and chocolates.

I handed her the bag in which the drsss was. I was nervous all of a sudden. "What is this?" She asked me. "Open it." I said and i shifted my weight from one foot to the other.

She opened the box and took out the dress. Her eyes widened as she stared at it. Tears welled up in her eyes.

Shit she doesnt like it....

"Its okay if you dont like it...we can exchange it-" She cut me off with a bear hug. "I love it you idiot. Thank you so much." She said as she cried.

I rubbed her back with a smile. I looked at Lydia and Julia who were having big smiles on their faces.

At least i did something good....
